TechClub Inc. is seeking a technical lead with 8+ years of experience in SYNON and AS400 to join our Rxclaim development team in the United States.

The ideal candidate has domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid claims, adjudication and pricing, and can drive offshore-onshore collaboration to deliver robust claims processing solutions.

You will mentor peers, ensure coding standards, and contribute to project milestones in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience with SYNON and AS/400 development.
• Experience in Medicare & Medicaid claims adjudication and pricing.
• Ability to lead Rxclaim development projects in an offshore-onshore model.

Mansioni

• Take ownership as technical lead on Rxclaim development initiatives.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in SYNON/AS400 environments.
