## Senior / Staff Search Infrastructure Engineer (Rust)**Company:** Search Infrastructure for AI (Startup) **Location:** Remote (EU-friendly preferred) **Type:** Full-time **Focus:** Core Search, Retrieval & Ranking Infrastructure### About the roleWe are an early-stage **startup building search infrastructure for AI systems**. The focus is on core retrieval, ranking, and query execution over large-scale web and document corpora, enabling fast, reliable, and well-grounded search.This is a **systems-heavy role** working close to the metal in Rust.
