Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Des Moines, IA to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales.

You will build relationships with guests, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment according to brand standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, handling transactions accurately, supporting loss prevention, and assisting in inventory prep and merchandising displays.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and following service standards.
• Acknowledge, interact and build relationships with guests to create guest loyalty.
• Consistently receives positive guest feedback and communicates with management.
• Able to locate merchandise and perform register transactions accurately.
• Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents to protect company assets.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
