Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Overnight for a full-time shift in Savannah, GA. You will provide security and customer service, patrol facilities, control access points, and respond to alarms in a dynamic aerospace/defense environment.

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, aircraft‑adjacent areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for role
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
