Job summary

The candidate will develop training material and support frameworks, resolve production issues, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willing to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and document design decisions for the tech team.
• Participate in coding and integrate features, maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies.
