Job summary

ARx Pharma seeks an entry-level ARx Operator I to support development and production operations. The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to cGMP guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple manufacturing areas, participate in LEAN 6S initiatives, and advance through defined proficiency milestones as you build foundational skills in weighing, mixing, coating, and packaging.

Qualifications

• High school education required; some college and cGMP experience preferred.
• Ability to understand written procedures (batch records, SOPs) and verbal instructions.
• Attentive to details; capable of error-free procedural implementation.
• Comfort with PPE and safety policies; ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GDP/DI principles and proper documentation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of production operations (material handling, weighing, mixing, coating, packaging, cleaning).
• Conduct in-process sampling, inspection and testing as directed.
• Follow documented procedures and quality guidelines (cGMPs, 21-CFR-211).
• Maintain accurate process-related paperwork (batch records).
• Collaborate with leads/supervisors and other operators; support shift handoffs.
