Job summary

The City of Rancho Cucamonga’s Community Services Department is seeking part-time Community Services Leaders to join the Rentals and Events team at The Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, and help ensure a welcoming, memorable experience during rentals and performances.

Ideal candidates work evenings and weekends, are friendly, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• One year of experience implementing recreation or service programs or activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist with questions.
• Anticipate patrons' needs and ensure an exceptional experience during events or rentals.
• Assist with setup and teardown of spaces (Celebration Hall, Lewis Family Playhouse, Mainstreet Lobby, Black Box, Courtyard).
• Maintain safety and respond to issues related to building operations during rentals.
• Serve as a first point of contact and provide information to patrons as a representative of the facility.
• Support rental administration by handling inquiries, forms, and packets.
