CA For The Arts in Los Angeles seeks a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for production and artistic functions, reporting to the Executive Director.

You will supervise the Artistic Operations Assistant, Artistic Administrator, Orchestra Librarian, Orchestra Personnel Manager, and Stage Manager, coordinating with venues, musicians, and staff to carry out productions and programs.

• Proven ability to lead strategic and operational initiatives for production and artistic functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and partners in a performing arts setting.
