Job summary

Arts for Learning Indiana seeks a dynamic Program Director to lead school partnerships and grant-funded programs. You will develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality arts education initiatives while cultivating strong relationships with schools, districts, funders, and community partners.

You will oversee budgets and drive growth in impact and reach. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in arts education or program management, with a passion for equitable access and collaborative program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• Five+ years in arts education, program management, or related field.
• Demonstrates knowledge and passion for equitable access to arts education and its benefits.
• Creative, collaborative, and capable of developing sustainable partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage program implementation and ensure timely delivery to school partners.
• Monitor and report on program outcomes, impact, and quality using data feedback.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Design, deliver, and assess arts education programs aligned with standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with staff to generate revenue through grant proposals and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion, funding, and collaboration.
• Maintain positive relationships with schools, funders, and community partners.
• Contribute to organizational leadership, planning, and development.
