Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in arts administration, recreation, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and managing programs, events, or community initiatives.
• Experience managing program budgets, contracts, vendors, or instructors.
• Arkansas driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s arts and culture programming strategy and execution.
• Develop annual calendar of arts and culture programming across audiences and formats.
• Manage budgets, revenue goals, expenses, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate logistics for performances, classes, workshops, and events; ensure accessibility and safety.
• Foster partnerships with artists, schools, nonprofits, and community partners to broaden impact.
