Job summary

The City of Healdsburg is seeking a part-time Arts and Culture Program Administrator to help implement the Arts and Culture Master Plan, manage administrative operations, and support the program’s event activities and partnerships.

Under supervision, the role will bolster communication with community partners, assist with grant applications, and oversee administrative tasks for the Arts and Culture Commission, contributing to a vibrant local arts scene.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the City’s Arts and Culture Commission.
• Communicate with community partners, art applicants, and residents to coordinate initiatives.
• Monitor art installations and assist with the administration of programs.
• Draft grant applications and assist with general administrative tasks for the Arts and Culture program.
• Support the implementation of the Arts and Culture Master Plan and collaboration with partners for events and funding opportunities.
