Recording Academy is seeking a Manager, Artist Agreements & Clearances to secure and manage artist agreements, releases, and content clearances for production and distribution across the Recording Academy and affiliates. You will liaise with artists, managers, labels, publishers, and legal teams to support events and GRAMMY Studios programming.

You are detail-oriented, experienced in music business affairs, and able to balance creative needs with legal and company requirements while remaining

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in music business affairs, content clearance, and music publishing.
• Paralegal experience and/or ability to draft and review content licensing agreements and negotiate terms.
• Established relationships with labels, publishers, and artist management.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, execute, and manage artist agreements and releases across all Recording Academy productions.
• Maintain organized records of agreements, rights granted, restrictions, and obligations.
• Secure synchronization rights and clearances for music across platforms.
• Coordinate with labels, publishers, PROs, and rights holders to obtain licenses.
• Track rights by territory, media, term, and usage; oversee license lifecycle.
