• 2+ years prep experience
• Excellent knife skills
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or must be completed within the first 90 days)
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Professionalism with all team members and guests
• Able to follow directions & adhere to recipes with quality and consistency
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and uphold high standards
• Positive attitude and teamwork
• Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety/quality

Responsabilidades

• Be a Brand Ambassador and promote Catch-a-Fire's goals and culture
• Manage general prep department demands with the BOH team
• Assist with stocking and inventory with Management/BOH
• Receive, check in and store orders with proper food rotation
• Create/follow prep lists and complete tasks accurately and timely
• Follow recipes with precise measuring, weighing, and mixing
• Cook and handle items (meat, seafood, dairy, vegetables) using various methods
• Maintain strong knowledge of our menu and food safety procedures
• Clean dishes and maintain workstation hygiene
