Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Bakery Clerk II to ensure guest products are prepared, packaged, and labeled per order. You will oversee artisan, pastry, and popcorn production, bake specialty breads, and maintain appealing displays for guests.

You will engage guests with samples, assist with special orders, answer phones, and uphold health and sanitation standards, all within Coborn’s employee-owned environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high service standards by ensuring guest product is prepared, packaged, and labeled per order.
• Manage production of artisan, pastry and/or popcorn products where applicable.
• Bake specialty artisan breads and pastry products; pop and package specialty popcorn flavors; keep bakery fully stocked with fresh product and visually appealing to guests.
• Engage guests with freshly prepared samples and suggestive selling; create a fun, friendly atmosphere.
