Responsibilities

Prepares hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items.
Prepares weekend breakfast bakery items to meet production needs.
Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
Ensure bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing and hot when appropriate.
Maintains proper portioning and recipe yields and follows the Bakery Production Guide.
Assist guests with baked goods and provide friendly service.
Maintain cleanliness and follow local health department laws.
