• Monitor bakery productivity and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Track inventory and order supplies to the Store Manager.
• Receive merchandise from suppliers.
• Coordinate department activities and employee work.
• Maintain a sanitary, clean, and organized workstation.
• Comply with all food safety standards.
• Use various bakery equipment such as knives, pots and pans, ovens, and mixers.
