Job summary

Halliburton in Minot, ND, seeks an entry-level team member to assemble and test Artificial Lift products under supervision. You will review work orders, acquire parts, and coordinate with manufacturing to keep production moving.

You will document test results, learn assembly tools, and apply Reliability, HSE and Quality practices in all tasks. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with on-call schedules and long workdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Able to lift up to 60lbs.
• Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
• Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to work in extreme weather elements with an on-call schedule and long workdays.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and tests Artificial Lift products under strict supervision.
• Reviews work orders, acquires parts for new product assembly, and coordinates with manufacturing as needed.
• Gains basic knowledge of materials, components, and their application.
• Gathers and documents basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques.
• Assists with repair and maintenance to improve products and services.
• Learns test procedures and documents procedures, data, observations and results.
• Implements Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis in all processes.
• Identifies and corrects errors quickly under supervision.
