Qualifications

• The candidate has 1 year of hands-on AI, data science, RPA, or advanced analytics experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, data warehouses, BI platforms, dashboards, and automation tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, generative AI, and responsible AI practices are desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist I

**This is a Hybrid position based out of the Fairport, New York Office**

Position Summary:

The AI Specialist will support the Vice President, Artificial Intelligence & Information Analytics with the development and implementation of the Company’s AI and intelligent automation solutions. This position will assist with analyzing, developing models, documenting results and continuously improving AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency. The AI Specialist will work with Information Systems & Technology, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other business areas to translate business challenges into practical AI, analytics, and automation solutions while supporting responsible, secure, and compliant use of emerging technologies.

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of artificial intelligence and intelligent automation solutions across business functions
• Assist the Vice President, Artificial Intelligence & Information Analytics with AI use case identification, prioritization, data readiness assessment, solution design, testing, deployment support, monitoring, and performance measurement
• Translate business requirements and operational challenges into AI and automation solutions
• Assist with the development of dashboards and KPIs that monitor operations and assess the impact of AI solutions
• Evaluate and enhance data quality and data availability in support of AI workflow construction
• Collaborate with Finance, Information Systems & Technology, Operations, Compliance, and other business partners to support data governance, system integration, process transformation, and technology modernization initiatives
• Research emerging AI tools, analytics methods, automation capabilities, and innovation opportunities that may improve operational efficiency
• Document AI solutions, analytical methods, model assumptions, business rules, data sources, testing results, and operational procedures to support transparency, repeatability, compliance, and knowledge transfer
• Adhere to ConServe’s Blueprint Quality Management System, Code of Conduct, Compliance Program, data security requirements, privacy expectations, and responsible AI standards

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Master’s Degree inArtificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, orrelated discipline highly preferred

Skills/ Requirements:

• One (1) year of hands‑on academic and/or work experience in artificial intelligence, data science, robotic process automation, or advanced business analytics required
• Related work experience with SQL, data warehouses, business intelligence platforms, reporting automation, dashboards, or enterprise analytics tools preferred
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, generative AI capabilities and responsible AI practices preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, CoPilot, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Power BI, VBA, Power Automate, or similar productivity and automation tools preferred
• High aptitude for problem solving, analytical thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Highly organized, able to work independently, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate AI-enabled technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• Will be affiliated with the Fairport, New York Office and must travel to this office or other offices when required
• A secure internet connection, to plug in ConServe equipment into a hardline Ethernet port when working remote
• A private work area in which work activities can be conducted
• U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident alien with three or more years as a permanent resident in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
• No Conflict of Interest with ConServe or our Clients
