Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect to design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies that address client needs while aligning with organizational goals and ethical considerations.

You will apply AI and data science expertise using Python and big data tools, work across cloud environments, and help ensure scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes for complex defense, civil, and national security projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or maintaining IT systems, applications and infrastructure.

• Experience with Big Data solutions and data migration.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's in CS or Statistics.

Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect

The Opportunity: Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts, including limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity, and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.

You Have:

• Experience implementing or maintaining IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
• Experience in AI and data science using Python programming and big data technologies, including Hive, Q, Bedrock, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks
• Experience using LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of the Amazon AI product tool suite, SageMaker studio, and Bedrock
• Knowledge of how to implement a highly available, scalable, and resilient enterprise cloud environment
• Knowledge of Big Data solutions, data migration technologies, and processes
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a Technology field such as CS or Statistics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience providing technical guidance to architects and engineers
• Experience working in GCP or Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions, network architecture, and security principles
• Security, Cloud, or Software Development Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
