Praescient Analytics is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to lead design, evaluation, deployment, and optimization of AI models for an Intelligence Community agency. You will work on foundational and frontier models (LLMs, CV) to advance data-driven mission pursuits, with responsibilities spanning model development, deployment, and collaboration with analysts.

Requirements include a BS in a technical field and 5+ years in Python or R for AI/ML, plus 5+ years in cloud-based AI/ML deployment and model

• Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing Python or R for AI/ML development.
• Minimum of 5 years of cloud computing experience involving cloud-based AI/ML model execution and deployment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, tuning, validating, benchmarking, and maintaining AI/ML models.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and ensembles (including Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, classification, and prediction models).
• Transition experimental AI research prototypes into scalable cloud environments with robust ETL pipelines and model maintenance.
• Perform model tuning, benchmarking, experimentation, validation, and ethical AI evaluations.
• Preprocess and clean large-scale unstructured datasets to create training and evaluation datasets.
• Ensure model explainability, interpretability, transparency, and fairness across deployed capabilities.
• Collaborate with mission partners and analysts to document findings in publications, briefings, and code repositories.

In this role, you will advance the adoption of advanced foundational and frontier models (including LLMs and Computer Vision) to enhance data-driven mission pursuits. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and ensembles (including Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, classification, and prediction models).

• AI/ML Programming: Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing Python or R specifically for AI/ML development.
• Cloud Architecture: Minimum of 5 years of cloud computing experience involving cloud-based AI/ML model execution and deployment.
• Model Development: Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, tuning, validating, benchmarking, and maintaining AI/ML models.
• Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Desired Qualifications:
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience with AI/ML explainability, interpretability techniques, and verification test benches.
• Familiarity with web frameworks (Flask) and visualization tools (Tableau).
• Expertise using GitHub for collaborative code management and version control.
• Direct experience with Sponsor enterprise architectures, ICD security controls, and multi-cloud environments.
