Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC® seeks experienced trainers to deliver advanced AI course content and mentor operations personnel. You will develop and update training materials, teach high-level AI topics, and assess evolving course needs across the AI tradecraft spectrum.

The role requires a strong background in data analytics and AI theory, plus the ability to guide customers in applying new skills on real-world missions at on-site locations in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Must have at least four years of data-analysis experience on large data sets.
• Must understand Artificial Intelligence and its theory.
• Experience with scripting/data analytics (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.).
• Proficiency in two or more of the listed skill areas (e.g., Math, CS, Scripting, Cloud, ML).

Job description

• Provide training support to ensure operations personnel receive the necessary systems knowledge required to advance their knowledge and comprehension of Artificial Intelligence capabilities/tradecraft, either directly or with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence SME’s or Domain Experts
• Provide insight into current/future course needs/development across the wide spectrum of Artificial Intelligence tradecraft.
• Perform the majority of course development, instruct high-level specialized courses, and identify/incorporate new artificial intelligence techniques into course materials and offerings
• Provide mission areas with direct mentoring to assist customers with implementation of newly acquired/learned skills
• Work will be performed between Linthicum Heights and Columbia, MD Required Skills:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph required
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing data-analysis on massive amounts of collected information in order to pinpoint unique insight and intelligence opportunities within the data
• Must have an understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its theory
• Must have experience with scripting/data analytics (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.)
• Must be highly proficient within at least two of the following skill areas:
• Mathematics/Statistics
• Computer Science
• Scripting
• Cloud Computing
• Data Mining, Metadata Analysis or Machine Learning
• Data Visualization or Data Automation.
• Must have familiarity with relational capabilities integration, a wide variety of tools and tradecraft, as well as automation of analytic processes
• Must be an expert in understanding “Big Data Analytics” from the perspective of data management, data preparation, data governance and analytic development and production
• Must have in-depth experience with at least two of the following advanced scripting languages and tools; Python, R, SQL, Lucene, Jupyter, Pig, Scala, ELK Stack, Splunk, PowerBI, or Jupyter Notebooks Preferred:
• Experience instructing NCU courses/NCU Adjunct Certified
