Job summary

Qualifications

Job Overview:

Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying internal AI Agents and related systems. This role requires a solid data science background, a deep understanding of the underlying logic of Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to lead the construction and implementation of Agentic AI workflows

.Key Responsibilitie

• sAI Agent Development & Deployment: Design and code core modules for AI Agents, build complex Agentic workflows, and achieve automation and intelligent processing for specific business scenarios


• .Model Application & Evaluation: Evaluate and apply various open-source and closed-source LLMs. Optimize Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and model inference efficiency based on an understanding of LLM underlying


• .Data Analysis & Algorithm Modeling: Apply data science techniques to process and analyze complex datasets, providing algorithmic support for the decision engines and data infrastructure of AI Agents


• .System Integration & Engineering: Manage the engineering implementation of models in a Linux environment, ensuring efficient integration and stable operation with existing systems and databases

.Basic Requirement

• sEducation: STEM background (Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields)


• .Experience: 2+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist, with proficiency in core data science methodologies and mainstream machine learning algorithms

• :Proficient in Python programming


• .Familiar with Linux systems, capable of proficiently handling system configuration, environment setup, and application deployment


• Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, with solid skills in data querying, processing, and management
