Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an AI Engineer/Developer to accelerate software development in a AWS environment.

The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, build secure and scalable solutions, and continuously learn new technologies while delivering high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) as an integral part of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience designing and deploying applications in AWS.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and engineering practices.
