Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking multiple AI Engineers to join their Agentic AI team, driving Generative AI and agentic solutions to improve engineering productivity.

This remote role requires monthly travel to Richardson, TX. Ideal candidates are hands-on AI/Software Engineers with experience in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI-powered developer tools.

You will evaluate LLMs from multiple providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 4+ years software engineering experience.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/LLM/Generative AI experience.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, vector DBs, agent orchestration.

Our client, a leader in property management software, is seeking multiple AI Engineers to join their Agentic AI team, which is at the forefront of the Generative AI revolution! This role is remote but requires monthly travel to Richardson, TX!

In this role, you will focus on developing and scaling Generative AI and agentic solutions that improve engineering productivity, accelerate software delivery, and help engineering teams adopt AI effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on AI/Software Engineer with strong production development experience and expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-powered developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and use LLMs and multimodal models from multiple providers
• Develop and implement agentic workflows
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, including building ingestion pipelines for internal data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and success metrics

Required Qualifications
