Job summary

Amoha Recruitment Services LLC is building a talent pipeline of junior AI/ML engineers for client engagements in Generative AI and applied machine learning. We welcome candidates on OPT, STEM-OPT, and H-1B status, including US citizens and Green Card holders.

This posting targets recent graduates and early-career engineers seeking AI/ML roles open with our client companies, with compensation in the entry-level band and room for growth for those with production ML experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 0–3 years of experience in AI/ML, applied data science, or related coursework/research/internship work.
• Working knowledge of ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL-based data processing.
• Understanding of Git and collaborative development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models for real-world use cases.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications, including prompt design and evaluation.
• Fine-tune, benchmark, and monitor model performance in production.
• Collaborate with data engineers, backend developers, and product teams to ship AI features.
• Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experiment tracking.
