Sentara, a nationally recognized nonprofit integrated healthcare system, is recruiting an Arthroplasty Surgeon for Sentara Obici Hospital in beautiful Coastal Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing service line in a high-need community while practicing with the stability, resources, and collaborative support of one of the region s most trusted healthcare organizations.

The orthopedic surgeons have support for fracture cases from our highly regarded/ well established orthopedic trauma team.

Offices are located on the campus of Sentara Obici Hospital, a well-equipped 176-bed community hospital, as well as at Sentara BelleHarbour, an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms and an expanded emergency department.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $502,070.40 - $640,494.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
