Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Account Manager to lead PAD and CLTI programs, partnering with physicians and health system leaders to expand patient access. You will work across specialties to launch and scale initiatives, drive adoption, and provide clinical expertise in a high-visibility setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support onboarding of new hires, and deliver compelling clinical and financial value propositions to stakeholders, with base+commission compensation.

Qualifications

• BS degree or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clinical and hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI populations.
• Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
• Expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow franchise value.
• Deliver presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and administration.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership for onboarding and training.
