Job Purpose/Scope

Supports revenue growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing Industrial and Cathodic customers and developing new opportunities in these markets. Assists with sales activities, marketing support, and customer communications to ensure consistent service and growth.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of financial and technical information related to customer accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Specialized Working Conditions and % Travel

Working Conditions: 80% sitting: computer, meetings, on phone. Constant multi-tasking and interaction with a variety of internal and external contacts.

Travel: 30% - 40% (including international – Passport required)

Physical & Mental Demands

Physical demands include occasional, frequent, constant, or essential tasks; may involve carrying, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, bending, and other manual activities. Mental demands include reading documents, written communication, customer contact, speaking with groups and customers, calculating, flexibility, reasoning/analysis, and tact.
