• Maintains classroom environment conducive to learning and provides progress reporting.
• Takes responsibility for supervision of students and supports substitutions as needed.
• Keeps current in subject knowledge and participates in curriculum revision and material selection.
• Evaluates student achievement using multiple assessment methods and adjusts instruction accordingly.
