Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a CT teaching license with Art endorsement (042) or be eligible, bring middle school art experience, and collaborate with district teams to support student learning aligned with state standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CT Teaching License/Certificate with Art endorsement (042) or eligibility.
• Previous middle school art teaching experience or studio instruction preferred.
• Strong understanding of middle school developmental milestones, studio safety, and art education best practices.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and meet district employment requirements.
