ART WORLD SCHOOL in the NW Portland/Bethany area is seeking part-time teachers for after‑school art classes, with full-time opportunities based on performance. Shifts are mainly 12pm–6:30pm on weekdays, with occasional 8am–6:30pm hours in summer.

Candidates should have an art background and experience teaching children aged 4 and up, and be comfortable with a structured curriculum. We offer paid training upon hire and welcome applicants who can start as teaching assistants or administrative

• Art background with a degree and/or teaching experience.
• Comfortable teaching structured classes with curriculum and step-by-step instructions.
• Paid training provided upon hire.
• Open to starting as teaching assistant or administrative assistant.
• May assist with after-school pickup using school vans.

We are an After School Program in the NW Portland/Bethany area with Fine Art Drawing and Painting, Clay, Pottery, Calligraphy, Arts & Crafts, Digital Art, Animation, and Stop Motion Animation classes. We are looking for a few new teachers to join our team as part-time employees first. Full-time employment is offered to employees based on performance. The hours of work will be mostly between 12pm - 6:30pm on Weekdays, with 8am - 6:30pm shifts available on a few days each month or between June - August.

Please apply only if you have experience working with students ages 4 and up, have an art background with a degree and/or teaching experience, and comfortable teaching structured classes with a curriculum using step by step instructions. We will provide paid training upon hire.
