Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking an experienced Art Supervisor who will own creative direction across brands and mentor junior talent. The role focuses on design leadership, brand storytelling, and strategic thinking within healthcare and pharmaceutical spaces.

The position reports to the Associate Creative Director, Art and is fully remote, with collaboration across writers, strategists, and medical teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Seasoned art director with brand storytelling and design strategy experience.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and lead teams to high-quality visuals.
• Comfort with regulated pharma marketing and collaboration with medical/regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on visual creative development across brands and media.
• Be the design expert and brand steward, ensuring consistency across materials.
• Oversee a team of Art Directors and Senior Art Directors with mentorship and feedback.
• Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Manage and refine design execution across digital, print, video, and social channels.
• Present and defend creative work to teams, clients, and reviewers.
• Contribute to brand strategy and campaign development with innovative ideas.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate outputs.

About the Role

We are looking for an Art Supervisor who is ready to take ownership of creative direction across brands, mentor junior talent, and ensure that all visual work meets the highest quality standards. You will report to the Associate Creative Director, Art in this role. This is a fully remote opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Take the lead on visual creative development, ensuring all work is strategic, innovative, and effective.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
