Job summary

Kidcreate Studio South Charlotte is seeking a fun, energetic Studio Assistant to help kids explore art and science after school and on weekends. You’ll interact with students during classes, camps, and parties, and support teachers in the studio and around the East Metro area.

Available two or more afternoons a week (2–6 PM), with mornings, early evenings, or weekend hours possible. Must be 16+, reliable, creative, and enjoy working with kids; compensation ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Available two or more days a week in the 2–6 PM window.
• Assist teachers with classes both in-studio and in the East Metro area.
• Help with studio operations: cleanup, collect supplies, prep for classes.
• Mornings, early evenings and weekend hours may be available.
• Be 16 years of age or older.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and love working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Interact with students during art and science classes, camps, and parties.
• Assist with classes and events and support teachers.
• Help maintain studio operations and cleanliness.
