One River School of Art + Design is seeking an experienced Director to drive growth, profitability, and performance across multiple studios. The role blends business rigor with a passion for visual arts education and high-performance culture to deliver exceptional art experiences to communities.

The Director will lead operational and educational teams, manage revenue plans and budgets, and champion brand standards while scaling enrollment and optimizing processes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Fine Arts or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing people, operations, and budgets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and labor optimization skills.
• Deep passion for visual arts education and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school-level financial performance, annual revenue plans, expenses, enrollment growth, and profitability.
• Track performance metrics across enrollment, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Implement brand standards, workflows, and accountability across all school functions.
