Job summary

eTeam is seeking an Art Director 4 - Story Design in Beaverton, OR for a 4-month contract. The role focuses on leading brand storytelling within retail environments, developing immersive design concepts, and guiding a team of designers to deliver scalable retail experiences.

The candidate should have 8+ years in brand design, a strong portfolio, and experience in retail storytelling. Education is bachelor’s preferred, with hybrid onsite-friday remote work and collaboration with the Brand Story

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of brand design experience.
• Must have portfolio for team review.
• Retail story design/storytelling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop consumer-led retail concepts and the evolution of the Client retail business.
• Develop impactful, scalable design solutions for immersive retail environments and experiences.
• Expand the possibilities of immersive environments to reflect Client’s design ethos and enhance the consumer retail experience.
• Drive design excellence and collaboration across multiple projects, delivering holistic creative aligned to long-term strategy.
• Demonstrate innovative use of emerging technology to build impactful spaces, consumer engagement and interaction.
• Able to work across Environmental Graphic Design, Fixtures, Materials and Digital with ease.
• Ideate concepts, illustrate ideas, lead projects to completion and deliver production-ready files as needed.
