Disney Live Entertainment in Florida is seeking an Art Director to lead the design of production and scenic elements for live entertainment experiences, including shows and parades. You will collaborate with Directors, Lighting and Audio teams, and vendors to convey the emotional story through themed environments and ensure Disney quality.

The role demands strong illustration and drafting skills, a Bachelor’s in Theatrical Design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite plus AutoCAD/SketchUp.

• Proven ability to realize design intent for live entertainment projects.
• Strong rendering and presentation skills with concept art experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience leading a crew and coordinating with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and realize design concepts for live entertainment projects.
• Influence and contribute to creative development across teams.
• Lead scenic art design and facility infrastructure work.
• Guide vendors and crews in artwork installation.
• Produce design drawings, color callouts, and elevations.
• Collaborate to safely integrate scenic elements into productions.
• Participate in budgeting and labor planning with the art leadership.
• Stay updated on scenic, visual, and graphic design trends.
• Maintain client relationships with key production stakeholders.
