Job summary

People Productions Media Services, Inc. in Boulder, CO, is seeking an Art Director to join our small, dynamic team. You will design assets across branding concepts, messaging, video storyboards, interactive apps, websites, presentations, and print collateral.

You’ll dive into client technologies to gain understanding, contribute ideas in brainstorms, and create thoughtful comps. Hybrid work with remote options is available.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of graphic/digital design experience
• B2B marketing experience; medical/med device background a plus
• Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills
• Ability to run with projects and ideate beyond directions
• Portfolio showing thoughtful design, storytelling, and craft
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
• Video storyboarding for live action and animation with portfolio examples
• Familiarity with PowerPoint; deck creation a plus
• Strong print production knowledge and attention to print-ready files
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to design assets across branding, messaging, video storyboards, interactive apps, websites, presentations and print collateral
• Dive into client technologies to understand products and communicate them clearly
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms and concept meetings
• Create thoughtful design comps based on direction
• Assist business development with decks and visual assets
• Support project delivery with meticulous, print-ready files and accurate assets
• Produce storyboards and final videos as part of campaigns
• Prepare and refine presentation decks for clients
