St. Louis CITY SC is seeking an Art Director/Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team in St. Louis, MO.

This full-time role focuses on translating strategy into engaging creative across digital, social, and video channels, collaborating with copywriters, video editors, and photographers to bring campaigns to life. The candidate will contribute to concept development, design assets for brand, sponsorships, and events, and ensure work aligns with the club’s voice and goals.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a creative role, agency background preferred.
• Strong portfolio of conceptually driven, high‑quality work.
• Experience in sports or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
• Ability to develop campaigns across brand, sponsorships and design.

Responsabilités

• Concept and design best-in-class creative across campaigns, social, and video with strong visual storytelling.
• Produce polished, on-brand assets that meet timelines and briefs.
• Design assets across brand, sponsorship, and events.

Job Title: Art Director/Graphic Designer

St. Louis CITY SC looking for an Art Director / Graphic Designer eager to continue their career in design and sports, contributing to our dynamic in-house team and helping us continue to push the boundaries of creativity in sports.

As an Art Director / Graphic Designer, you will translate strategy into smart, engaging creative that hooks our audiences. You will partner closely with a team of Copywriters, Video Editors, Content Creators, Visual Designers, collaborating to bring creative briefs to life across digital, social, and video channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Concept and design best-in-class creative across campaigns, social, merchandise, video, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and design.
• Concepting and producing polished, on-brand, performance‑minded assets that meet timelines and brief.
• Designing assets across brand, sponsorship and events.
• Contribute to pre‑production planning, support on‑set shoots, and collaborate with Creative Director, Video Editors and Photographers to ensure work comes to life as intended.
• Work closely with copywriter, strategists, producers, and project managers, to ensure creative aligns with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
• Own the work from end to end.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience. Ad Agency experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio of conceptually driven, high‑quality work. Experience in sports or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Conceptional and Campaign Experience: Ability to understand develop campaigns across brand, sponsors and design. We are looking for someone that has ad agency experience and worked on larger campaigns.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier). Familiarity with other design tools and platforms is a plus.
• Creative Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and campaigns to help elevate our creative output.
• Creative Mindset: A passion for design and creativity with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and potential. We are looking for people that see opportunity in tasks both big and small.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas effectively.
