Job summary

AT1 McCann Health NA, LLC is seeking an Art Director to drive creative excellence from concept to completion, collaborating with the wider Art team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality designs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Visual Communications, Art Direction and Design or related field.
• Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, collaborative, problem-solving and creative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative team in developing effective concepts from ideation through final projects.
• Design layouts aligned with tone, style and strategy, considering audience needs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Editorial, Account, Strategy and Project Management teams.
• Drive strategic thinking, understanding marketing plans, objectives and success metrics.
• Contribute innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs.
