Qualifications

4+ years of professional art direction experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting with increasing responsibility.
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

Partner with team members from all functional teams to maintain quality and consistency across all creative deliverables and adapt tactics to meet requirements.
Demonstrate project progress independently from kickoff to final implementation.
Present work internally with strong rationale and engage with clients, presenting work confidently.
Maintain brand continuity across multiple mediums while adhering to brand standards.
Proactively offer innovative ideas to evolve creative approaches and push boundaries of creativity.
Consistently satisfy client and agency objectives, both creatively and financially.
Collaborate effectively with teams to work toward a common goal.
