Job summary

Global Prairie is seeking a creative and collaborative dual designer and art director to shape concepts across digital, social, video, out-of-home and events. You’ll guide projects from concept through execution, and inspire teammates to deliver exceptional work.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in art direction, a strong portfolio, agency experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. We offer an ESOP, healthcare, 401k matching and a 100% employee‑owned, benefit-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional art direction experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting with demonstrated increasing responsibility.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team members from all functional teams to maintain quality and consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Demonstrates project progress independently from creative kickoff to final implementation.
• Presents work internally with strong rationale and engages regularly with clients, presenting work with confidence.
• Maintains brand continuity across multiple mediums, while adhering to brand standards.
• Proactively offers innovative ideas to evolve creative approaches and actively pushes boundaries of creativity and innovation.
• Consistently satisfies client and agency objectives, both creatively and financially.
