Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Art Director, Partnerships & Collectibles to shape the creative expression of collaborations, limited drops, and partner-led moments across campaigns, product, packaging, and digital experiences.

You will lead a team to create culturally relevant visuals, establish scalable design systems, and ensure brand integrity from concept through production, while mentoring designers and aligning ideas with Crocs’ mission to inspire self-expression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years in brand, campaign, digital, experiential, packaging, or integrated design.
• 2+ years leading and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design collaborations, collectibles, and limited drops.
• Shape experiences across packaging, campaigns, and in-hand moments.
• Translate partnership concepts across campaign touchpoints.
