Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working on animated feature productions.
• Proven leadership skills in managing an Art Department.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including composition and color theory.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Director’s creative vision for the film’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Art Departments to ensure creative alignment.
• Provide artistic direction and mentorship to team members.
