Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a visionary Art Director to lead the brand's digital visual identity across website, mobile, app, and email. You will guide a team of creatives and shape the brand's aesthetic to resonate with a luxury-oriented audience.

The role balances concept with production, mentoring designers and photographers while collaborating with marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. An emphasis on AI-enabled creativity is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of art direction experience, preferably fashion/beauty/luxury ecommerce.
• Hands-on leader with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and refined taste.
• Experience in digital-first production, managing teams, and large-scale content creation.

About the Role:

• We re looking for a visionary Digital Art Director to help lead the transformation of a dynamic, fast-evolving brand.
• This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of concept, craft, and technology someone who can define a brand s visual identity across all digital touchpoints while mentoring a team of talented creatives.
• As the Digital Art Director, you ll own the concepting and production of every image and visual story that lives across our website, mobile web, app, and email communications.
• You ll ensure that every visual reflects the brand s evolving aesthetic elevated, modern, and deeply connected to our customer.
• This role is ideal for a creative with a fashion or luxury background, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to connect the dots from homepage (HP) to product listing (PLP) to product detail (PDP). You ll guide a talented team of art directors, graphic designers, and photographers, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring brand campaigns to life through digital-first design.

What You Ll Do

• Lead creative direction across all digital channels Web (HP, PLP, PDP), App, and Email.
• Develop and execute elevated visual concepts that align with brand strategy and seasonal storytelling.
• Direct and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring visual excellence from concept through final delivery.
• Mentor and inspire a team of art directors and designers to push creative boundaries while maintaining consistency and clarity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech to align visual storytelling with business goals.
• Champion innovation, leveraging new technologies including AI, Figma, and motion design to enhance creative workflows and visual output.
• Ensure consistency across all digital platforms, creating a cohesive, elevated brand experience from first click to final conversion.

Who You Are

• A highly creative, detail-oriented visual storyteller with 7+ years of experience in art direction, ideally in fashion, beauty, or luxury e-commerce.
• A hands-on leader with a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, brand storytelling, and refined taste.
• Experienced in digital-first production, managing teams, and overseeing large-scale content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics, and emerging AI tools that enhance creativity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with creative innovation.
• Passionate about craft, collaboration, and elevation every pixel and image matters to you.
