Job summary

Accenture’s Canvas team is seeking a senior designer with exceptional visual taste to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary creative group and work across digital formats to bring campaigns to life.

You will oversee design projects from concept to delivery, refine typography, ensure brand consistency, and mentor junior designers while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

The Work:
  • Familiarising yourself with the campaign and target audience
  • Collaborating with our Creative team to make the work great
  • Interacting with internal marketing partners and other members of the team
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
  • Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Think through and solve for complex creative challenges
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Here’s what you need:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience developing creative content for events, marketing initiatives, or business communications
Your other skills:
  • Exquisite visual taste and creative storytelling skills (concept to craft)
  • Confidence to work independently or in a group
  • Proactive in sharing ideas and solving challenges
  • Skills in managing people, projects and resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design and meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire‑framing tools
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • The foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the client or audience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • You’ve jumped head‑first into exploring and adopting new AI tools and image‑generation platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or others, as part of the creative process

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
