Responsibilities

• Assist in design management on large, medium and small projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Lead Graphic Designer(s) on projects and guide creative direction.
• Analyze problems and propose design solutions; communicate with clients on design issues.
• Prioritize and manage work to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

A typical day as Art Director might include:

• Assist in design management on large, medium and small projects (website development, print collateral, identity, and video) from start to finish – with little or no senior oversight.
• Utilize and lead Graphic Designer(s) on projects
• Analyze and propose solutions to problems
• Communicate with clients on design-related issues
• Utilize the ability to self-start with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prioritize and manage work, adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Execute excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
