Job summary

Precis is establishing a US headquarters in Austin, Texas, and seeks a design lead to help build our US hub. You will shape creative delivery for the American market while leveraging our European agency strengths.

You’ll collaborate across copy, motion design, and development, guiding art direction and presenting solutions to clients. This role offers growth in a dynamic, ambitious team shaping a new market.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience working with creative.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe CC, Figma) and digital marketing best practices.
• Exceptional ability to ideate, evaluate, and implement strategic insights into innovative and high‑quality visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative delivery, developing concepts, and presenting with high visual quality.
• Collaborate with copy, motion design, and creative development teams to ensure assets meet client goals.
• Gather insights with the creative strategist to inform ideation and optimization.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, and presentations showcasing capabilities and solutions.
• Help manage tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Establish standards for art direction and best practices within the team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation by staying updated on digital marketing trends.
• Identify opportunities to expand client scopes.
• Test, experiment, and adapt creative strategies tailored to US audiences.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead creative delivery, developing concepts, and executing exceptional presentations while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality visual excellence.
• Responsible for collaborating with copy, motion design, and creative development team members to ensure all creative assets are produced with quality and intention, delivering on client goals.
• Liaise with creative strategist to gather insights needed to inform ideation, and ongoing creative optimization.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, and presentations showcasing our creative capabilities and solutions.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support to establish standards for art direction and best practices within the team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, both within the team and on projects, by staying updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Identify and drive opportunities to expand client scopes.
• Test, experiment, and adapt creative strategies specifically tailored to US audiences.

What We Are Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience working with creative.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe CC, Figma), graphic design principles, and digital marketing best practices (channels, formats, testing).
• Exceptional ability to ideate, evaluate, and implement strategic insights into innovative and high-quality visual concepts that align with the brand's goals and resonate with the target audience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, that build trust and lasting client relationships
• Deep understanding of how to leverage creative strategy and digital best practices to meet business objectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and an eagerness to help us grow in an entirely new market
