In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement,performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effectiveteaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities;continuing scholarly growth; and service. Course load will betaught primarily in-person. If online teaching is offered,successful completion of the Teaching Online Certification Courseoffered through Kutztown University required.
