Qualifications

• Understanding of appropriate teaching methods for the specified grade level.
• Willingness and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities to achieve educational objectives.
• Capability to organize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines; ability to handle groups in a classroom; and effective communication with students on sensitive topics.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies, internet and email systems, as well as word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of technology and its use in instruction to enhance student learning.
• Proficiency in using various office and video equipment.
