Job summary

The Tech7 Company is seeking an Army Space Support Teams (ARSST) Analyst to support ARSST certification events and evaluate operational readiness. The role is based onsite at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, with travel as needed.

A TS/SCI clearance and space-operations background are required. Typical duties include developing evaluation products, conducting assessments, and coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure certification standards are met.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ARSST team experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/space-related field.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Certification and Evaluation support specialist for Army Space Support Teams and primary back-up for the Space Control Planning Teams (SCPT).
• Plan, resource, and conduct ARSST certification assessments and evaluate team performance against approved standards, policies, doctrine, and operating procedures.
• Support certification events and brigade-level external evaluations coordinated through G37 TREX.
• Develop Master Scenario Events Lists, evaluation scripts, exercise-development products, reports, briefings, and other certification products.
• Facilitate the Certification, Confirmation, and Validation process to support operational readiness and timely completion of certification products.
• Assess operational readiness, document certification results, identify issues and trends, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
• Review Standards and Evaluations policies and recommend updates that improve effectiveness and efficiency of ARSST evaluations.
